| What is a Guarantor? |
| A Guarantor is someone who will go on your lease with you and will guarantee to pay the rent if you do not. |

| Does everyone living in an apartment have to be on the lease? |
| Not really, however, it is for your benefit to be on the lease, especially if you are in a roommate situation. |

| If I put an application in on an apartment does that mean that I will automatically get it? |
| No. It means that you are being considered for it. Keep on looking at apartments until you get a call telling you that you have been accepted, and an appointment to sign a lease has been set. |

| Do landlords rent month to month or do they require a lease? |
| Most good apartments require a lease of one year. |

| Yes! You can list up to 3 sizes, so long as they are consecutive. |

| I have bad credit what should I do? |
| Offer the landlord an extra months security. Also offer to have a Guarantor sign the lease with you. |

| Is this the only city that you database? |
